Samsung have got an unblievably bad after sale service! I have been calling for the last 2 weeks for a corporate printer. I have been told in each of the 5 calls i made in the last 2 weeks, that due to high volume of calls there is no engineer available!!! This shows how bad samsng products are! A week back i went to the lahore Nokia Care franchise for submission of my NOKIA 5610 handset...i was attended to by a female customer service attendant namely Fatima who was quite blunt and rude when i asked how long it would take for my mobile to be fixed and handed back.
