Don't get fooled that you will be able to buy something from LenovoDirect website. The prices are great, the product is not available. I have been waiting a month so far and tried to contact them. If you use a debit card, they will put an immediate hold on your account for the purchase, but they don't have the product to ship. I had purchased a su-kam inverter in June 2007. Every 2-3 weeks the inverter would stop working due to something or the other and the company takes its own sweet time to send the guys for repairs after filing a complaint, normally someone makes a visit at least a week after. So during that time the consumer has to suffer. I purchased an HTC Touch Diamond. It has the usual heating problem but after 15 days of use it suddenly died down without any display on the LCD. I took it to the service Centre and they keept it for 4 weeks telling me that parts are expected from HTC. January 14, 2008 I purchased a RCA DRC279 from Walmart in Lawrenceville, GA. To protect the Walmart return/exchange policy I kept the receipt for 90 days. I had called up their call center and helpline 11 times regarding my installation and demo and each time they said that the technician would arrive in half an hour.
