Had Norton on computer got the Norton 360 upgrade. After installation it said computer was at risk, when I went to run a scan it would not run. The "Unlimited" claim by Verizon is not completely true. Because I travel every week I got an Air Card from Verizon. Well the Targus model AWE01 laptop cooling station is faulty after the warranty period of 1 year. This item has ruined two expensive Macintosh A1048 keyboards. These keyboard have worked fine before connecting them up to the UBS hub on the Targus item. They have been multiply used on several computers and work well. This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link.
