This is the worst customer service ever. I received a refurb TV from an online retailer, guess what it comes without an antenna socket, so I send it in under the "3-month" warranty right away to Westinghouse. First surprise took 2 weeks to send an RMA, and then they dont pay for shipping. So I bite the bullet and ship it from TX to CA with UPS and nice packaging and all. Dropped off digitized artwork with Wolf Camera for processing by Benjamin Studios to create a portrait of my great-grandfather. Although they were supposed to get back to me within 72 hours, I didn't hear from them for a month. When I called Wolf they bounced me to Benjamin Studios who claimed to have not received the order. I renewed my antivirus on Feb. 11. Since I am on dialup I could not download the program. I notified tech support and was told to download somekind of Accelerator Plus which did nothing to help. After sending my laptop to this company, it has returned to me with different problems that I original sent it for, first was no power, I received it powering on but bad video, second time bad video, I got it back no post, my third time they had to replace the system board but the one they replaced was a used one that has problems with sound, this company has gotten lately the worse service according to my experience, I will not send a laptop to this company never ever, I do not recommend this company, be aware of this company name, NEXICORE. read full review »

After 25 years of supporting HP products, we're throwing in the towel. One of many examples of their downhill slide is their HP 2840 all-in-one printer. It's an absolute engineering nightmare on steroids. The network integration is so unprofessional that we've lost man-months configuring and re-configuring every time our clients turn off these POSs. I bought a Sony ericsson P1i in Dubai Duty Free late September 07. A month later, in Kuwait where I work, the phone turned itself off. When I turned the unit back on it went in a loop of turning on, showing the SE logo, displaying the progress bar as if to complete the boot, and then turning itself off - it has been like that since. They said they could fix it. They soldered a new ac plug burnt my motherboard up, then wanted 30 dollars to give me my ruined Dell 5160 laptop. Beware of these folks! L&B electronics Eldon, mo 573-392-7554. I was told they could fix it, the guy that sent me was selling computers, I think they ruined it thinking I would buy a new computer from them. This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link. They complained that they didn't get it. I told them all they have to do is go to the transaction page and the download information is there. NO ONE will solve your issues. "They regret the inconvenience, " but still "can't do ANYTHING about it. They WILL put you on hold for at least 15 minutes regardless of what you ask them to do. The 605 unit was given to me for x-mas and has had critical hard drive failure twice in 5 months ive sent it back to archos for the second time now and have waited weeks for it to be sent back i believe they should replace the defective unit with a new one there rma stsus e-mail doesnt work when u click on it to see the progress of the unit it always says the same thing they havent received it yet!!! Consumers beware, do not buy kodak products, especially a g610 easy share printer dock. I went through four breaking down and chewing up hundreds of dollars worth of ink cartridges and paper since January 1 2008. They keep sending me a junk replacement that is a $100.00 less than what i paid for my original series 3 printer dock. I specifically picked AVA Direct because of all the steller reviews on ResellerRatings.com, but not only was that a big mistake but I'm HIGHLY suspicious that there isn't some sort of incestuous relationship going on between them. Eventually we were told the Lazer had gone and we were not guaranteed for a lazer. However they said the Insurance would cover and we would get a new one. The hardware holding the ignitors has crumbled but in trying to deal with their parts center i was told instead of buying the $1.00 part that holds the ignitor i had to purchase the. I had bought my computer at Circuit City and got the extended warranty on it. Therefore I thought it would be a good thing to take it back to them in case they had to use the warranty to fix it. We purchased the Amana French Door refrigerator. At the store I noticed that the door did not close completely, and was assured that this would not be a problem. It is a problem. If you do not check very carefully, you can leave the door open all night long or even worse when you are on a vacation. Be weary when buying this type of refrigerator.
