Sams Club Fort Myers Florida - I had purchased a service contract on both of my 32" Vizio LCD televisions. Twice they directed me to call a service department that does not service Vizio televisions. Logitech Rebates
Purchased a Logitech "Harmony 880" Remote Control in Feb. I filled out their form correctly, and included required receipt and original bar code from package, in order to claim their $30 rebate when purchased thru Amazon.com.
Logitech now claims I did not fulfill terms by purchasing ANOTHER product. This was not a condition of the rebate as clearly shown on their form... which I am attaching for you. See item #1 of their four points of compliance in order to claim the rebate. NO other purchase required.

PNY Memory Cards
I am being ripped off on a rebate for PNY memory cards. Bought at Best Buy, got my rebate receipt & did the online registering. Received confirmation my e-mail so I threw away the package with barcode. Now I receive a post card saying my rebate registration was denied for some reason & must send all the info in by mail. Attempts to contact by phone & e-mail were met with recordings of phone number not in service & web pages not found, how about that!
Seems like a scam to me now!

I purchased this item (Model # E2728B) about a week ago at our local Walmart Store in Houlton, ME. It was the last one on the shelf when I picked it up, and I noticed it had been already opened. The following is my complaining about eMachines.
I am not sure what all information is required...so I am sending everything I have about one encounter that lasted nearly 90 minutes, and resolved nothing.
I cannot determine which is worst... eMachines Support or eMachines products. I have had an amazing amount of problems with my eMachines laptop. Just six months after purchasing it for nearly $1500.00, it started breaking.

Below are 2 emails sent firstly to AEG in Germany to which no reply was received, and then secondly the email to the AEG Head Office in Johannesburg, South Africa. I also faxed the correspondence to AEG South Africa to ensure that they received it. I have had no reply from either (Fax or email). I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Council of South Africa but would like it posted on Complaints.com also if possible. Purchased this product 23 months age at BJ's Wholesale club. The unit performed up to all expectations untill one day it was turned on and nothing but a black screen. My Acer notebook, purchased from TigerDirect, was new from the box Christmas Day 2006 and never worked more than 8-10 hours. It starts spontaneously rebooting and then ultimately dies and won't boot. I purchased a RCA TV 32 inch screen for over $600. dollars. I purchased this TV in 2002. It broke last year in March. I contacted RCA for help and no one responded to my email.
I then took the TV to get it fixed. Now it is broken again. I called RCA this time. Their response to me was defensive and their attitude was this is my problem.

I am an airtel customer. I purchased one moto l2 on 22-02-07 form day 3 it started giving message limited service. In network menu airtel was not available. While the vendor is extremely cooperative, he told that the system is only 4 bsnl. These things were neither told to me nor i was given the free bsnl prepaid connection on purchase date. For nearly three months, I have tried to end my services with Peoplepc. As with any contract, I have tried to do this in writing. Peoplepc does not accept anything in wiring. They will only accept phone calls.
This may not be an issue except for the fact that I have tried several times to contact customer service only to have to wait 20-30 minutes. This evening, I got through after 10 minutes. In October of 2006 HP had a rebate on HP LaserJet 4 in one Machines The rebate was for $350.00 US. We purchased 4 of these machines giving us a total rebate amount of $1400.00
I checked the status of my rebate in the internet site which they provide for you on their web site. The status shows the cheque had been mailed. It does not say what date. I called on Feb 15, 2007. Since the cheque had not arrived.

I applied for rebates as OnRebate.com which is part of the TigerDirect company. I sent in all the required information in September of 2005. I had to keep talking with them to finally get them to approve the rebate on June 6, 2006. Now they say they have sent me 3 checks in the mail on Dec. 13, 2006 (6 months later!!!). But as of today, March 19, 2007 I have not received anything.
They owe me a total of $100. I never dreamed that getting a rebate would be like pulling teeth.

GE Extended Warranty
I got a GE washer and have extended warranty on it. I noticed water leak and turned off the water outlets and asked GE to send a service guy to fix it. The service guy came and told me there's nothing wrong and told me that he would only replace the plastic tub cover. He replaced the plastic cover, tightened the water outlets and turn on the water outlets. The water started to leak again around midnight. I waked up in the morning and my house was flooded. BFG
I know that BFG has a good reputation for customer support, but it seems that their support is only applied locally for US citizens. BFG claims to have 24/7 international support for its consumers, but that's not true.
I have called on their (non-toll free) international support number and have waited for 15 minutes waiting on hold listening to a jungle soundtrack and every 2 or 3 minutes an automated voice comes over saying "your call is important... please wait", something like that.

I took my phone on 3 occasions to nokia service centre in woodmead, Johannesburg.despite this my phone was never repaired properly.
Since the woodmead repair centre closed down I took it to the mtn service centre at the glen and after more than 3 weeks they did not even repair the phone.
