NOTHING is worth the grief XM radio subjects its customers to. XM has a very creative billing procedure. You'll get random bills for a variety of packages you don't want in time increments that don't make sense. Their billing statements are obtuse and purposefully obfuscatory. I called and ordered the book it was not what it was projected to be it only had information that you could get anywhere I could write a book with more information than what I received. I turned down the news letter but okayed information on grants for the state of kansas and it was supposed to be only 29.oo which was sent by email no shipping. Finding contact information is rediculous. Shipping was only supposed to be 3.95 and the bill was for 89.00 I did not authorize this, this bogus bull. We ordered a boxed set of Northern Exposure seasons 1-6 from this company. We received the dvd's in about 3 weeks. We were suprised when they came in paper wrappers inside VHS tape boxes. We received 35 discs. The first one started out as usually, being able to choose episodes, etc. However, the first dvd froze up; second one same thing. The website advertises that this is the new way movies will be viewed and furthermore that they have an Unlimited Download Rate of US Dollarss $39.95 and only when I got into the site did I see that this is a TOTAL RIP OFF. First received a Charge on my card that was not authorized by anyone. I called and asked That the mony be put back into my card account. I was told that the charge was over the time limit so they could not issue refund, however they would cancell the account I and no further transactions would be charged to my card. I just received a statement showing they had charged me nine (9) consecutive $2.00 charges on 9/03/2010. This product is horrible. After paying $40 and being hopeful that they really could "clean up my itunes library and remove duplicates", I am totally disappointed. The program made it through about 300 songs before it gave up the ghost and now won't do anything, it just hangs. I did get it to clean 300 songs supposedly, but the accuracy was horrible. After 12 years with WOW cable we decided to bundle and take advantage of a special offer with AT&T/Direct TV. We called and were told about rebates that they processed for us and a gift card we were to get. The first bill was a SHOCKER- no credits or rebates were given, no gift card either. We have to call AT & T for one thing and Direct TV for another. I was dropped twice on a transferred call to the cancellation dept. I am atrociously disgusted in the manner in which the consultants have been trained to handle client queries & Damelin as a whole. We went for lunch on Sunday 13 September and was told that most of the meals that was advertised for in the Bedfordview news was not available. Which was very strange since for example Calamari was available at their normal prices on the menu but not for the special. Futhermore we was charged R16 for a cold drink (creme soda) that was priced R11 on the menu but was informed by the manager that the price of cold drinks have increased to R16 but they had not updated their menus as yet. This is now the second time I have taken my daughter to watch a movie, and have walked out feeling what a waste of money. I went to Cedar square ocean basket the frist time 2 weeks ago. ordered a platter for one where i asked specifically for the prwan heads to be ut of. I received my order with the prawn heads still attached and instead they left of the calamari heads. I saw this as a simple mistake and all was forgotten.
