I have been charged for antivirus that I have not received. A quote for Auto insurance was given to me at a rate 50% higher than any other quote I received from other 3 other companies including GEICO and Progressive, for comparable coverage. My only real complaint with Netflix is the availability of some new releases and during Christmas I was unable to get the movies I wanted due to "Long wait" times. I have been a Netflix member on and off for the past 5 years. I have only had 2 DVDs to come to me in the mail that were damaged and had to be sent back in that 5-year time period. I have worked at a few fine dining establishments in Charleston that take out the credit card fee from my tips. I believe it should be an operating cost of the restaurant not a fine of the employee. My family and I decided to eat at Ryan's. I have recently had surgery that limits my amount of food intake to a MAXIMUM of 4oz. I am still unable to eat even that much !
