I would like to file a formal complaint against Sony corporation for their unwillingness to replace a defective item. Channel packages on Dish TV (as well as cable) don't reflect the channels I want to have. I don't want or watch the Spanish channels, the shopping channels, music channels. I do want local channels, Animal Planet, Discovery, BBC, Comedy Central, TCM, National geographic, IFC, History, Spike, Weather... Dish TV doesn't offer this program. Is there anyone out there that is fed up with the way commercials are incorporated in all tv programming? I take offense to programs that have more than 20 mins an hour of commercials with longer commercial breaks toward the end of the program. 1h30 min movies are extended to 2 - 2 1/2 hours and cut to fit the commercials. I object to being subjected to the same commercials repeated throughout the program. I pay for Dish TV programming and cannot find one program I like that doesn't have substantial repeated commercials throughout the program. I feel frustrated and without choice. read full review »

I have a HP PL4260N Plasma TV. Out of the blue, TV has no Picture yesterday, but has sound 12/19/2009. I called HP. They said ok unplug everything. Now press power button, count to 20, plug only the power cord back on, see anything, I said "NO". It didn't work. Saturday 12/19 2:15 show theater #1 No heat. Asked manager to put on heat. it was on only five minutes. I left very cold and sick with my girlfriend. the movie was : " did you hear about the morgans?" . maybe 40 tix sold. However upstairs the theater that "Avatar" was playing in was toastie warm. Their internet service is horrible. It keeps dropping well below advertised speed during peek hours. I have 10 Mb/s and I often see internet dropping to 1.5 Mb/s sometimes even below 500 kb/s. Their technical support is a joke, their automated dialing system is annoying and keeps repeating options. In regards CTV, their channel lineup is weird and some channels that other providers include in basic cable require premium package such as MTV2 or Style. I would win tournaments with cash payouts and receive my check within 6 weeks as promised. $20 Rebate offered at Frys is non-existent. Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements on 12/15/09 with understanding on box and shelf label that Adobe will provide $20 rebate for the product. Additionally, Frys issued a "rebate" receipt noting where on Frys web site I needed to retrieve the rebate coupon/form necessary to receive the rebate.
