I purchased a Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system on 8/28/09 and it immediately displayed flaws and cracks in the dvd picture. I called for a service repair and they said they would repair it in 7 to 14 days. After the repair, the dvd player wouldn't play discs AT ALL. Apparently the repair only worsened the problem. Not only is the food overpriced but when it came to delivery, the old delivery guy had the audacity to hassle me for a tip because I didn't give him one (the first time). I understand the courtesy of tipping a delivery driver.
