The HP 42" plasma TV went black but you could still hear sound. I called HP Technical folks and was informed that they found bad y sustain boards and depending on the serial number it would be replaced. When I gave them my serial number they said it was not on the list. Then they informed me for $629.00 they would take 3 attempts to fix the TV and if they couldn't, they would return $300.00. The Technical person assured me it was the y sustain board. You can not find a phone number anywhere on the site, and when you do find the number (800-431-3462), you will stay on the line listening to the same country songs for up to twenty minutes than the line cuts out. This all began the day 04/21/09 when I unfortunately went to Video Action, the name of the store that rents movies. Me and my family had gone into this restaurant to eat. We saw a customer smoking after we had already ordered our food. We told the waitress that the customer was smoking and she did nothing. After sitting in the place for almost 10 minutes we saw roaches on the walls and the chef in the kitchen was smoking as well. We went during their bussiest times, Sunday. We thought it was a good place but we left and paid our bill without eating. Inspection needs to be done on this place and if it was done maybe someone didn't do an accurate job.
