Very poor management and rude customer service. They don't take check/debt cards and their ATM is ALWAYS out of cash. I say if your paying 8 dollars a person to watch a movie in that establishment they should treat you like a paying customer. Subway charged me sales tax on adding money to my sub club card, and then charges me tax on individual uses. That is double taxing on the same purchase. Got a letter call from ICR collection agency stating that we owed $299 for an accounts payable publication we did not authorize shipment of. I find that the customer service in Brooklyn branch of TWC is really lacking. We have been trying to transfer our Triple Play Service (cable, phone, internet) to our new apartment for about a month now. Our first scheduled technician appointment never happened. Recently took my daughter to Chuck E Cheese and purchased $15.00 worth of tokens for games and two bags of cotten candy.
