Horrible customer service! Purchased their DVD software online. After downloading the software and receiving the activation code I started experiencing software glitches right away. I was not able to enter the code via “copy/paste” but had to type in the code one letter/number at a time. Wouldn’t be a biggy if the code wasn’t 25 characters long! Ordered series set on DVD to be delivered to my father. Set was sent from China addressed to his street and my city. DVD's were low quality, obviously recorded off of the television (some of the shows even had the Sci-Fi Channel logo on them!).
