Rip off. Have automatic billing thru XM. Since they merged, they now are charging a $3.60 music royalty fee. Bill for the month just popped up. Could not find my info and wanted to argue that they did not have my visa for auto payment (although they have been charging to it for 8 years). Added 2nd unit-took 3 phone calls to get it activated. I have had it with Barnes and Nobles. I decided after better judgement to give the on-line a go as I needed the Berlitz Spanish cds in short order. You showed when ordered a 2-3 business day turn and did not indicate it would take 8 days to ship this product. US Postal Service shows they were notified 11/5 electronically to expect a package which they never got to ship. Taco Bell systematically is ripping off the public. They advertise their 1/2lb burrito's with a disclaimer that the weight is on avg. I have yet to buy a 1/2 burrito that evens weighs 8oz... I weigh them on a postal scale I have and they avg 6.5oz... 1.99 @ 8 oz = .25 per oz... the public is getting screwed out of an avg. of .37 per order. When i tryed to download a free version of photoshopcs4 and it directed me to pay only $19.95 and i would be able to downlod it. I placed an order for a boxed set of DVDs with Fox Anime on August 5th, 2009. I have contacted them via email (their only method of contact) exactly 12 times. Today is November 6th, 2009. The company advertises there programs on the radio with the ability to return the product within 30 and no charges are to be made. When I called in the salesperson also states that I can return the product within 30 days without penalty. Apparently, without full disclosure they automatically sign you up for another product and later bill for that product. In this case it was $79.86 that was made on 11/06/2009. WARNING: Never purchase a VIZIO television. I first purchased this TV in June of 2007 from Costco. Three weeks after purchasing my television it would no longer turn on. The website advertised excellent video and audio quality on the series. This is not the case! Ultimately, I was sent 3 copies of this series, supposedly by different suppliers in China. All 3 had poor video quality. There were mislabeled duplicate shows, and the quality on a number of them was terrible. Some skipped, stopped, or wouldn't play at all. I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I called Adobe and they can do nothing unless it is a certified reseller of theirs. I am trying to get a refund but I don't currently have high hopes after reading other complaints here.
