On 3/8/09 I visited the DQ on Airline Dr in Bossier City LA with my daughter and 3 grandchildren. There were no other customers in the restaurant when we arrived and ordered. I know part of this is my fault for being so stupid but I lost a total of $43, 141.00 in money last year. I got a phone call telling me that I had won a diamond watch and a subscription for several free magazines through the use of my debit/credit card, all I had to do was pay for the delivery of the magazines. I purchased a Welcome Back Kotter DVD set for $59.95 plus $10.19 shipping. The dvd set was clearly advertised as "brand new" & 4 seasons on 22 dvds. I received copies of 9 dvds & discs 1 & 3 will not even play in my dvd player. I actually think they are blanks. I purchased a security system billed by MB CONTACT.COM on December 10, 2008. This is set up to run a security scan every day. When I looked at the program this past Monday, it had not run a scan since installed in Dec 10. I set it up to run on Monday and it is still running today. It sayd there is a trogan virus but it never finished the scan so I could see if it was destroyed or not. Initially this program was supposed to be $41.31 for a three year membership, but my card was billed for $69.14. I want my money back and this program has been deleted from my computer.
