I purchased and downloaded an article on line from Barton Publishing for $19.95, and found a $1 charge from welwatch on the same monthly statement. I did not really pay attention and then found that for the next two months I received a $29.95 charge from Welwatch. I have advised my Credit Card Co that these charges were not authorized and I received no service. Obviuolsy somewhere in the small print for Barton they have a hooker that signs you up. On September 16, 2008 I purchased the "How the West Was Won" TV series on DVD for a grand total of $73.50 for a Christmas gift from Unforgettable TV Shows. I received the DVDs and found no packing slip and it looked like a home recording job as the cover on the case was photocopied from a picture and all of the discs had a plain paper cover. I arrived in Connecticut as I always do for the Christmas Holidays and could not wait to head to the Mohegan Sun. We arrived on Christmas Eve. Although I should know better, I let PayPal send them 49.95 for a program that I realize is free, and then realized there was no further link for download, shipping, etc. No confirmation from the company. I ordered a boxed set of the TV show THIRD WATCH, they claimed to sell the entire 6 seasons in one set for 58.44. That's what they took from my bank account. When I received the DVD's they came from CHINA and were copied DVD's from NBC and A&E channels. Most of the discs are damaged and skip. We can only watch a few of the episodes.
