The antivirus software downloaded from Heliana Limited Software is no good. It is a scam and I'm sorry to say that I fell for it. How stupid can I be. In April, 2009, I bought a DVD from Smart Savings Center, paying by American Express credit card. Since that time, I have been charged $12.00 per month for four months on that American Express card as a "membership fee." I signed up for PC Magazine download utilities a few years ago. I haven't downloaded a utility in 2-3 years but they have my credit card number and automatically bill $19.97 annually. Free magazines is what stated when they talked to the wife, but they needed a bank account and if she did not want the magazines she could cancel. Then they start pulling money out of the bank. She tried to cancel but they stated they could not do that, they already paid the magazine companies. Canceled the bank card, now they are constantly calling wanting over $1600 dollars. Then they stated they might be able to cancel after the first year of the magazines but it would be $250 dollars but wanted the bank account and routing numbers. Did not give it to them. At the Journey concert on Saturday I took my dad who is hanicappt and I bought Lawn seats so I could watch the concert with my friends. My dad usually gets front row handicappt seats which means he can see over everyone. They gave him back row handicapped seating and everyone in front of him stood the entire concert.
