I bought my 32 IN Flat Screen TV from Wal-Mart 11/07. In Jan. 08 the remote stopped working. It lit up when I pressed buttons but it wasn't turning my tv on. There were about six employees standing at the checkout register talking. We were the only ones there, a family of 5. We ate the salad bar only. No waitress would bother to come refill our drinks, the salad was brown because it was left over from the lunch crowd and we had to ask for plates, and they brought out the fresh salad as we were leaving after we ate. My wife and I went to the movies at a regal theater in Tukwila, Washington on Nov-22-2004. We had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes because there was only one ticket agent. Then I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to buy popcorn and miss some of the movie because there was only one concession stand agent. Then when I got back to the movie, I froze half to deaf because the heat was turned off. At least it felt like it. I purchased a Monopoly Here and Now game from their website but it was buggy and didn't work properly. I requested a refund within 24 hours and as per their policy, was supposed to get a refund. Audio volume increases during commercials. You turn the volume to a comfortable setting while viewing the program. Whenever a commercial is broadcast, the volume is unbearable and you have to turn the volume down. I bought the house one year ago. It is set up for cable or satelight. At first cable was normal. Then they dropped two of the channels promisiing to give us replacements. As to date nothing. They tried the digital thing. So now the sound is messed up. I can only listen to mono not sterio. And at times mono isn't that great. In the mean time my promotional price ended so I went from 44 to 66 dollars a month. I have to admit the servcie techs ar every nice and prompt.
