I bought a Vizio 42 in TV. The product came defective where the LCD screen was loose and was rattling . There was a gap from the frame to the LCD screen in 4 places. The gap was so much that I was able to fold a A4 size paper 4 times and it went through the gap. I ordered a magazine but decided to cancel. I followed the instructions on the back of the reciept to cancel. I couldnt reach anyone by phone so I faxed the cancellation over with all of my information as was instructed and it is 5mo later and still no refund. I bought this software on a payment plan and have made a plan to pay on the 3rd of every month. Well I pay and they shut down my system and on top of that they take monies out of my account when they feel like it not on the third. So now I am paying for a program that I can not use. A college-age girl came to my door claiming she was selling magazines to raise money for a college trip. The magazines would be donated to soldiers in the military. Of the $48 for the magazine subscription, $43 would go to the student for her trip and $5 would go to pay for the subscription for the soldiers. I have the exact same complaint as the person on1/16. I ordered a book for my daughter's college class on 1/15 and I am still waiting to get a tracking number at the very least. I also get the same automated email response about checking back in a couple of days as they update every few days. It should never take this long to get a tracking number from a company. My fiancee was bought a Zune 80 gb from his sister in September of 08. In December of 08 the Zune would not charge. I called the Zune department and they offered to send me a box (3-5 days) for them to repair the Zune. I received the box in 5-9 days. I'm making this complaint in behalf of my wife who a few months back subscribed to the Game Saver service of receiving a computer game a month for $6.95 each. This is a monthly publication, sent by 1st Class mail. Until October 2008 it had been taking WEEKS for the publication to arrive. Now there has been NO delivery since October 2008. I know that issues have been mailed but they have not gotten to Palmer Lake, CO 80133-0994. The local P.O. folks have not received the newsletter; I have asked and they are aware of the publication. I was charged, on my visa card, 4 times on 1/23/09. Charges were $24.00, $18.00, $29.00, $22.00. I tried calling the company at the number I found from the complaints board. I was taken through an automated process that asked me if I wanted to cancel (something I didn't request) I said yes, then it stated that 15 months of magazine would be sent to me and if I didn't cancel at that time charges would be made to my account.
