I checked my checking account online Nov 19th and noticed a charge from Dir Elements for $29.95. I did not authorize this charge and don't use any of their products. Service had deteriorated horribly since the restaurant opened about a few years ago. I guess business is so good that the owner and staff feel that it's no longer necessary to treat the customers right. I saw the commerical, my husband and I decided to purchase this software. As soon as I installed it, it found 599 errors, afterwards this program would pop in the middle of other websites, freezing up everything. My computer has never been the same, it runs slower, and freezes. In a recent issue of Readers Digest on Page 136 under the heading DEALS you listed a website to purchase broadway tickets for discounted prices. I used that website and purchased tickets to the Lion King. I paid $200.oo for two tickets plus $52.00 in fees. The tickets I received were not good seats and were worth only $66.50 each. I ordered a bulb for my Sony LCD projector TV in April 2008. It took several weeks to receive it from SageRyder's supplier. Once I received the bulb, I opened the package and inspected the bulb. When I bought this product I thought the set up was fairly easy. As it turned out, that was ONLY when I was connecting to my desktop from my laptop on a shared router in my home. IMHO The word Satellite is used by the vendors to confuse potential customers. What they provide their clients is a large series of video feeds. The large number of "channels" is accomplished by "paid programing", religious, and other videos that never need to be changed. Most of the movies that I found were snowy, full of freeze-ups, and had large Japanese captioning. Local programming is also videos and from small cities (towns). The Whooper Jr.'s my husband and I had were terrible. They were cold and the lettuce was brown and bitter. That was the first time we had had a bad meal there.
