I was stupid - I paid cash ($60) for ONE magazine and I paid cash so this person could get extra points! I own a powerleveling company. I sold 5 accounts to ga-sale, all level 60. They said they would pay within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, they had only paid for one account. I did end up changing the passwords/info for the remaining 4 accounts, but it was an annoyance that should not have happened. They are located in Beijing. They will lie about that. I ordered all 9 seasons of Family Matters and did receive them in 2 VHS plastic cases full of DVDs. They skipped, some wouldn't even play. I tried 2 different DVD players. I received a call stating they were a magzine company, and they wanted me to know that another company was calling their customers pretending to be them. I didn't get their name, and now I wonder if they ever gave it to me. Since I was receiving magazines from a company, I thought it was a legitimate call. Ordered a DVD set just after Christmas. Received email confirmation of my order from Storefantastic.com. They took the money from my checking account immediately but I have never received the product. I have sent at least 5 or 6 different emails requesting a tracking number of some sort or status of my order. I received no response to any of my emails. Avoid this seller at all costs! She sent bootleg Ellery Queen dvds and charged $12 for priority shipping and put the dvds in an envelope with2 stamps and I got stuck for $1.01 postage due. I received a phone call in evening today, 1/20/09. They said I have been selected for shopping spree 1000$ free gift certificate. I ordered DVD player software from Roxio, paid them the money (credit card via the Internet), downloaded the software, installed it, and it didn't work. I assumed it was something small, but when I tried to call Roxio for support (they don't offer a website for support) they demanded money to even talk to me, with a minimum of $20+ charged against my credit card with no guarantee they could solve my problem. After subscribing to Men's Health Magazine, I received 2 books from Rodale Inc in the mail as a preview, (Total Fitness Guide 2009 and I will be charged if I don't send them back (at my own cost) in 21 days. Other reports say that the books cost $50.90. I did not get an invoice yet for the books, and do not see an easy way to return the books until I have the invoice. Total Scam. Color wheel has gone out 4 times since I purchased this set on 8-30-2006..Have called Sharp service requesting to purchase a new "color wheel" ...case # 4470299 and talked with "Keith" on 10-13-2008 and you can not just get the color wheel you have to purchase the entire unit at $1400-1800...which is close to what I paid for my set...all it takes to fix is some lubricant on the color wheel shaft and the set works perfect for 3-4 months.
