Initially I was told by Testing & Careers w/ US, Inc. after I contacted them that purchasing their manual in advance of scheduling the USPS exam was necessary. Of course they deducted the $129.90 from my account the same day I ordered it. After 2 days of trying to obtain the code from Secure Tactics to make the program run, I told Secure Tactics I was no longer interested in the product and to refund my money. Secure Tactics charged my account twice and refuses to provide me with a refund or a phone number to call and clear up this matter. I have sent repeated emails. Alex at Secure Tactics keeps telling me to reinstall the program. I bought the entire Airwolf DVD series from them. The site where I found it said they had all 4 seasons. I did not remember how many seasons there were and saw from other sites that only 3 seasons were available. So, I went ahead and spent the extra price thinking I was getting 4 seasons instead of just 3. First of all, there are only 3 seasons, but even worse than that is the quality of these DVDs. Pieces of the commercials are still there and there are jerks, starts, stops, etc. throughout each DVD. The officiating this year in the NFL is in need of a review. Management has given the referees the okay to call the games, there must be a conspiracy in the NFL with the big money makers who own the teams. The NFL is giving the Ref's the go ahead to make calls that are deciding games. Teams are not changelling these calls for fear of losing their time outs because the NFL has targeted some teams, and the NFL is getting paid off for these calls and there un-just system. I ordered a book for 2.92 on 10/31/08. The debit showed up on my account on 11/3. Another debit for 1.00 showed up also on the same date; then another debit for $29.95 on 11/10/08. I purchased a 37 inch Phillips Magnovox LCD TV less than 1 year ago. The powerboard went out on it whihc was covered under warranty. However it took almost 2 months for the powerboard to come in from Phillips Magnox as imagine this they were back ordered since they have it go out on so many of them. Then after it arrived, the repair company put in the PowerBoard only to tell me that the entire LCD panel is bad as well, but that they could not tell that until the power board was replaced. I went to dinner with a friend had one glass of wine and we each had an entree. The bill came to 48.69. I added a 8.00 tip or around 20%. When I checked my credit card 2 days later it said our bill was 123.69..I almost had a heart attack. Apparently 80.00 was added for the tip. I am writing because I was a Direct TV customer which I signed up with through AT & T. We were lead to believe that our Phone and Direct TV bill would be $100.00 but we later found out it was two separate bills which was more than stated by the representative. I called Meredith Corp and was told to "call back in a few days" to cancel because the rep "couldn't see" my order yet. I ordered the Dish Top 100. Technician failed to complete set up leaving me unable to work the system that had several problems. Dish set up a time for a supervisor technician. A man arrived several hours later. He was not a supervisor but was a subcontrator who had not been advised by Dish as to the problem. He left.
