When I first joined several months ago. I would win sometimes. Enough to keep paying to play. But since the site has changed I never win money games. I alway win point games and game to get into the large money games. I have notice the play is different from game to game. watching most haunted live. everytime i watch most haunted live on living tv there is always an advert after viewing approx 10 - 15 mins of footage. this continuosly happens thoughout the 3 hour live event. if they shown you what you miss during the adverts then that would be fine but things have most of the time happened and you only get told whats happened and not viewed it. being a live event, they should change this to a set of adverts coming on every half an hour. read full review »

On several occassions, the application has prompted that my license has expired when it was not. The latest incident occurred on 10/25/2008. My subscription doesn't expire until March 2009. I called support twice and they were not able to resolve the issue. The first technician lied and said he would call back to continue to work with me, I had to call support again. The second technician also lied and said he would call back, never heard from him. I worked with them for several hours, leaving my computer vulnerable to viruses. Never responded to emails after buying copy to disk or even till now. Took a chance and used the simplistic program. Halfway through it bogged down causing the computer to reboot to a fatal error bluescreen. It was unable to reboot until I tried 'SafeMode' which didn't work but at least allowed the checkdisk to function. After that (with no help from their techs) the computer booted up with all my icons intact.
