I also ordered a complete collection set from these people and yes, more than 50% of the discs were unplayable. Several were scratched and the paper labels they used are just not a good idea in the first place as they eventually warp the discs. My credit card was NOT charged twice and I have not observed any further charges by them. My complaint is that I have made repeated attempts to have my mail delivered to the correct mailbox. I live in a rural area where there are several mailboxes in a row. We had the worst experience at Christines Restaurant. We were seated approx 8:30 and we left the restaurant approx 10:45. Other than our food from being cold, we did not receive condiments. I spoke with the manager and she gave us a 20% discount!!! WOW off a $85 bill!!! When I first visted this fast food restaurant, 20 years ago in the Principality of Andorra, I enjoyed it! For the past years, 4 perhaps, the quality of the food they serve is...plain rubbish. The burgers, no matter which one it is, are horrible, the meat tastes like it has been frozen for years. I had a "student" come to the door with a line about earning a trip through magazine sales. I bought a magazine. When it didn't come I called the company and they told me it took 150 days (are you kidding) to get the subscription. It's been 6 months now and nary a magazine.
