We rent movies weekly from the Movie Gallery in our area and upon checking out were asked if we'd like to purchase a bag of popcorn and a little plastic flag for a buck, proceeds to go to buying movies for the troops. After we purchased this I read the sign as we were leaving that 10% goes to troops. Called to cancel due to expenses going up have not received anything from them and they say all they can do is lower the monthly payment and extend the number of payments. That doesn't really help anything to tell the truth, I missed the deadline for canceling but I did try calling them several times and because I didn't want to use my minutes on my cell phone did it from work and couldn't stay on the line for ever. Professional installation was a joke. Had they given me the wiring tools, I could have done a better job my first time around. He didn't want to get up into the attic, so most of the wiring cable comes up through the floor (away from the baseboard), through a wall, and then runs along the top of the wall/ceiling moulding. It was the first thing a couple of friends noticed when they came to visit. Would I recommend them to install the wiring?? NO. I received an envelope in the mail with no return address with a Canadian Stamp and post mark. Inside was a check for $3530.00 and a letter stating that I had been chosen as a Mystery Shopper for United Mystery Shoppers Inc. As it seemed too good to be true, I called the bank that the check was drawn on and they confirmed the check was a fake. Be careful! I ordered the complete set of the five seasons of The Rifleman. The set came in two broken cases with the labels printed off the internet or somewhere. The dvd's were in white envelopes with the rifleman picture on the dvd, it was obviously copied online also. They have the ABC logo on the dvd's as well. I have never seen such poor quality movies. I indicated on the phone when ordering the two books that I was not interested in any thing else the company had to offer only to receive mail accompanying the books that 9.95 may be deducted from the credit card number indicated on a monthly basis. I purchased a Phillips Magnavox TV from Frys on Northwest Highway in Dallas about 4 years ago with a 3 year warranty. From Day 1 I had problems with the convergence and had someone set it upon install and come out again a year later. I was told I would be charged in the future because I could set this myself. Company allows employees to delete paid accounts without refund according to their whim. They broke their own rules when they deleted an account. According to their rule #14 on MonstersGame.co.uk it says that prior warning will be given. Game coordinator decided that didn't apply and deleted account regardless.
