My biggest complaint with realplayer is that I can't play purchased music. Most of the time I have used 'free credit' because I have Superpass. I bought a set of DVD's - Dharma & Greg - from these people and the cases arrived broken. I contacted them and was told they would send new ones. I wrote several times but the cases never arrived. Then, I found that some of the DVDs were faulty too. They promised me they would replace them but they never did. Sometime during the night, an icon showed up on my computer tray. It is an alternating blue shield and red shield w/x. This is usually when some threat is detected by my antivirus program. This company charged my credit card $187 for my orders on January 5th. I paid extra money to have my order send by 2nd day air. It is now January 28th, and I have not received my orders. I have called, emailed, and "chatted" with their customer service person (who says my orders have been mailed). I was with a party of five waiting for an available table for over 30 minutes. A party of 10 who were black came in 20 minutes after us and a black hostess and waitress took two table and set up for them and were going to make us continue waiting. I have been trying for the last three months to cancel my subscription to his newsletter. I ordered Witchblade the TNT series. It was advertised by this site a s brand new and still sealed in plastic.When it arrived not only was it not brand new it was a pirated copy.
