I booked a Sansui DVD combo on 25th October, 2007. I received the delivery of the same on 27th October, 2007. I noticed that the sound was not proper on the same day. I ordered Good Housekeeping and Automobile on June 11, 2007 . The delivery startup "wait" time was to be 8 to 12 weeks. These were charged to my credit card by never received. Purchased Wendy's Chicken Nugget meal at restaurant on McHenry Ave and Coolidge in Modesto, CA. Despite that it was late in the evening (11:30 pm), I did not expect the nuggets to be tasteless, rubbery, and appeared to have been sitting for HOURS. I have my business in my home and have 3 laptops, 3 desktops, and 2 file servers, all loaded with various versions of norton antivirus software. I have also had probably 100 computers loaded with this stuff. Recently I purchased a laptop and installed Norton 360. Supposedly the best product on the market. Withing 3 days I had a Trojan Virus. I purchased a DVD Box set of Carol Burnett episodes. What I got were 8 ripped DVDs of a TVLand Carol Burnett marathon off someone's VCR/DVR/TIVO. All they did was to remove the commercials. Bottom Line Books keeps sending their annual book despite notes sent to the on the prior bill. These books are unsolicited and there is no apparent way to stop delivery. According to others in this predicament, if you fail to pay for this unsolicited book they threaten to mess up your credit report. We ordered 2 milkshakes only. After 15 minutes we buzzed and asked how much longer. We were told "when it is your turn we will bring them". Obviously liquid drinks are put in the same category as food. Five more minutes and we left - went to McDonalds.
