I ordered a complete set DVD's of Mod Squad on 12/18/07. It was charged to my credit card on 12/20/07. I have not received my order. They don't answer the phone. A SDSU student, in a contest to earn money for a trip to London, was selling books and magazines. He told me since I was a teacher I qualified for a discount, buy 2 get the 3rd one free. There were several books I was interested in, so that was an easy decision. I have phoned I have written this company... it is insulated against any and all attempts to have meaningful contacts to resolve any issues. If you have Time Warner Cable or Cablevision or DirectTV or Dish Network... KEEP IT you are better off... The DJ company did not live up to its Services. The contract had a list of songs to be played , the DJ they sent had no list also no basic lighting system that we selected and paid for.The person they sent us was clearly not a professional,no one danced the whole four hours of my pary .
