I had initially signed up with Dish network for dish service, I had ordered the dish installation through AllSat a dish network retailer. When I signed up with Dish network the only paper that I signed was a 18 contract agreement with Dish network which clearly stated the early termination policy. I won't be going back to Fridays again - the place is nice, but their business practices are very deceptive. They emailed a $5 off of 15 coupon with a link 'send this email to a friend and get 2,0087 goldpoints' (their frequent diner program). On December 4th, 2007 I ordered Dean Martin Roast DVD set. On December 6th, $69.99 was withdrawn from my account to a "cyberbit.com". Ripped off by these guys. Paid $5,000 for a horse racing data program that did not work. I do not think any of these programs work now. It is horse racing and gambling. We had HD installed for our Direct TV. Installer Edgar #8733 did the installing. He was on time, did a wonderful job and could not have been more pleasant.
