Beware of Susan Sarao of Violet Meadow Farms, also known as Irish Jacks! The puppies are adorable, but they are imported from mills in Ireland and receive no vetting prior to going up for sale. This product does not work as pictured on TV - if you look closely - the trimmer is not even working - the trimming wheel is still! No wonder the dog is not scared! I purchased a dog harness. Upon opening packaging, I found no instructions on how to fasten harness. I attempted to puzzle it out, but had no success. I returned the next day to get the instruction pamphlet advertised on the package. I requested a copy of the instructions twice and this request was ignored. Instead, a clerk demonstrated the harnessing procedure with a stunt dog. I returned home to try it, but was unable to attach it properly. Ordered Heartgard pills for my two dogs from 1-800-petmeds. They contacted Blackwood Animal Hospital to make sure that both does had been tested (which they both were together, both came back negative for heartworms), and as anyone who has dealt with 1-800-petmeds before, know that that is how they operate. I purchased a male "teacup" Yorkie from Julie at Yorkilicious well before the puppy was ready to leave it's mother. We were unaware that the puppy was too young to leave it's mother and had to force feed the pup so that it would not die. Julie promised that the puppy would not go over 3 pounds. I took my dog in for grooming and they cut him not once but twice, once on his testicals and then again on his penis this one needing a stitch. If that is not bad enough they tried to hide it from us and did not call us when it happened, saying they did not know he bad been cut. I find it very hard to believe that you could cut enough skin off the end of a dogs penis that it required a stitch and not notice. They are paying my vets bills but I would strongly suggest you find another place to have your pet groomed as here they either do not pay any attention whilst grooming or they just don't care about injuring peoples pets. read full review »

I dropped the dog off at approximately 8 PM, December 29th and by midnight the dog was missing.
