I ordered some Advantage and was told that it shipped that same day. It never arrived. When I wrote the company repeatedly, they kept blaming the weather or some other weird excuse. I asked for a tracking number so I could figure out exactly where the package was located. It was never provided. They actually told me that perhaps it was located at my post office -- but of course, the post office would leave a note that a package was available for pickup. I tried to cancel my puppy wellnes plan when we lost out dog and was told I would have to pay the balance owed. (about $50.00) I refused to pay The account has now been sold to a collection agency and the amount has grown to $75.00. I was getting constant calls, day and night, until i told them to stop calling me as i can legally do. Recently, they started calling my wife on her cell phone and threatening her. I purchased 2 sibling chihuahuas from Kirk and Tracy Newton at Tinytowntexas in 2007. The male died at age 2 in 2009, from pulmonary stenosis and the female died at age 3 in 2010, from pulomary edema. This man is not a reputable breeder; he runs a PUPPY MILL in Edgewood, Texas, near Dallas. I sent him the necropsy of the male and he never responded. Watch out for this one ! This person breeds bloodhounds, Australian Shepherds, Basset Hounds, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and Newfoundlands. We brought our Yorkie over at Petsmart for grooming yesterday morning. The negligent untrained groomer's name is Linda. Our appointment was at around 10:00 am. After a couple of hours we received a call from this groomer stating that our Yorkie will be ready in about an hour. Dog Sick after purchase.. PetCo who owns these pet stores buys from puppy mills from what I see on the web. Its not the stores fault. Its a hit or miss with do problems. I went to the store and they were very understanding about it and took the puppy back and stated they will continue treatment until the dog is better. Janelle is the new manager and she is very professional. The store also improved in cleanliness as well. She is an asset to the Pet Company. Garden State Mall is not the same. I purchased a male Ragdoll kitten from this breeder in Sept 2009 (born in July). On Jan 7th 2011 my cat died from FIP. I have attempted 4 times to contact PetCare Insurance via phone to cancel my pet insurance policy. They insist you must hold on the cancellation line. No one ever answers the phone. Held for 15 mins each time. However, if I contact their sales line, it is immediately answered. I have emailed the company. I brought my cat to see Dr. Havens in early 2009 after she developed vestibular syndrome, and weight loss.
