This pet store is a horrible place for animals. The owner sold me a very sick puppy. It had two parasites and kennel cough. I have this puppy over a month and a half and he still can't go outside. I have been dealing with this company for now almost 4 days. They have my African Grey Parrot held up due to hiddens fees they want paid for the 2 nd time after promising my bird would be here over a day (almost 2 days ago) The first hidden fee was that they had the bird in North Dakota to be delivered to Illinois. I had my breeding dogs for sale. Brandie answered my ad and she and Jeff came to my house on May 2, 2009 and proceeded to load up my dogs.
