The Colorado Property Management Group flat out lied to me and my family, and basically robbed us of our hard-earned money. I was told by the rep in charge of my case that our property in Brackenridge would be rented throughout the 2010/2011 season. Bought a King size Estate Sterns and Foster mattress fro Mattress King. It was delivered and set up Friday afternoon. Ten months and still under warranty, freezer stopped working. Phoned Sears service and they offered to send repairperson out that or next day.
