Phoenix Office Cleaning
This company claimed that they could get a stain out of my carpet however my carpet was too old to be cleaned. They tried and did not get the stain out. The next day I called to complain and they stated they would send a truck out to deep clean. They did and that did not work either. They then had the carpet sample analyzed to determine what material it was at a lab. The lab sample indicated a certain type of fiber, they then had a special cleaning solution purchased. Again that did not work.
They refunded my money and the carpet is still dirty, what can I do! read full review »

I bought a living package from Contemporary Lifestyle Furniture in Feb 2011. They are horrible customer service, and delivery is never on time. I ordered ivory and dark brown color for Sofa and love seats however I received green and dark brown color for Sofa and love seats. I purchased a kenmore stove, black in color, and I had it since july 2009 and I only use it 9 months a year as i go to our cabin for three. In saying this when i was cleaning it, i noticed that there was a white spot on the back of the of the stove where the buttons are . when i rub my thumb on it, the paint peeled of in my hand. Warning Ikea does not stand by there 10yr warranty. I have a damage basket for the interior of my PAX 23" wardrobe and I went there expecting to pick a replacement. The sales person gave me the smallest of the basket's and said he was sure that this would fit. When I got it home it was way too small. Contacted the business, and more than two months later we have still resolved nothing. The installers came to put in the windows and I noticed about a half hour after they arrived that my 2 labrador retrievers were missing. The installers had left the door open and my dogs got out. Turns out they were picked up by animal control and I had to pay $127 to get them back. When I returned with my dogs, I called the service department to express my concerns. I bought today a zero turn rider model 247.28933 . i drove 4 hrs to get it . the lawn mower make 2 noises 1 is the motor. the second is i dont know to me it sounds like gears are grinding. the second noise is louder than the motor. Craftman Lawnmower/917.376450
This is a rip off. I have already replaced this part once and I don't intend to replace it again. The plastic gear teeth are stripping away which alters the self -propelled action of the drive wheels.
I have gradual slope in my back yard and it is extremely tough for me to push and turn this mower. The shaft is not bent, but it seems that the left side is worse then the right.
I would expect to receive this part free of charge, unless you can send somebody out here to determine what the problem is. read full review »

My husband and I bought a fence from Menards at the end of June in 2010. In December of 2010 the fence began to break. Approximately 5 years ago, I purchased a Troy-Bilt lawnmower, 830 series, from Lowes. It worked OK for the first couple seasons, although there were a few issues right away. The first thing was the back safety flap at the rear that kept getting stuck up under the deck.
After a couple seasons the lawnmower became hard to start. It would start, but you had to pull the cord about 10 times to get it to. Also, when it first starts, a puff of smoke emits from the exhaust.

Have taken this item back for warranty repairs at the Sears Repair Service facility on Park Street, St. Petersburg, Florida. The item is sent to their repair in Winter Park, Florida, then pick up of the repaired item is on Park Street. Today, for the 3rd time, I took this item back because it still has the same problem. the Company owner is really big lier. i'm warning whoever is making contract with him be careful . he borrowed 3500$ in 2007 for 1-2 month but i could't get back yet. his name Alexander Valtsev. we went court in 2009. he promised pay off within 3 months but he didn't. he moved away. i heard he moved to Baltimore, Md. his company registered not real address (i mean someone's not belonged to this company). I wish that i could have found his address then i would have given his address to court.

I hope I'm posting this in the right place but I wanted to warn people about Homeserve and the cover it provides for boilers, central heating etc.
Briefly, we moved into our house about six years ago and bought cover with Homeserve for the boiler, central heating, electrics, drains, and plumbing.

Received initial job quote from vendor on Monday 4-18. No written quote provided. Agreed on the following Wednesday to remove four trees and stumps. Was told stumps may be done a week later when the equipment is rented. On Friday Apr 29th the wife called and was told he was "backed up" and the job would be completed by May 5th. I bought Electrolux washer and dryer from AJ Madison and had them delivered to me in Texas in Jan. 2009. At that time i bought a warranty from Repair Master for three of the appliances i bought, the washer and dryer and the refrigerator.

Another reviewer on this site said Assurant is a joke. I agree. We purchased extended service contracts for our kitchen appliances in 2007 through this company. We called to report a problem with our dish washer in Oct 2010 and they never called back to schedule an appointment after making multiple calls. We could live with that problem as it was minor so we just gave up. In March I ordered two Hotel Blue Berry plants. I realize that it was too early to ship to my area. I waited until the time for my zone. Two weeks later I placed another order which inluded two topsy turvy tomatoe planters, one yellow bananna plant and one combination consisting of 6 cantaloupes of one variety and 6 of another. We installed Syn Lawn that we bought for our 3 small dogs in late October 2010. from Lowes. We were told by Lowe's that it was a great product if you had dogs. We installed this product in our vacation home. The area we live in we can't grow grass because of water restrictions. This winter we've had lots of rain and snow. is supplying the gas on it, s dictating terms. Some days after the date of bill by detaining at their level. They are insisting to receive the cylinder without weighing. On requesting them they insist to receive from their store yard which is not per rules as well I am being retired man Ican not lift the load.

Waterproofing
Completely lied to us about waterproofing. Quite possibly the biggest ripoff. They charged us 18, 000 to "waterproof" our basement. They basically dug a 12inch trench around the basement floor and put piping in that connects back to a sump pump. The idea is that the water pours under the house, the sump pump dumps it out. This method DOES NOT WORK. My basement has flooded 10+ times severely and about 20+ times as just a little puddle here and there. OHIO STATE WATERPROOFING IS A SCAM. When they determined I couldnt provide this information they called the police which was dispatched and sent to my home (guns drawn and even a chopper).
