I had a shirt that was obviously damaged while being dry cleaned by Deluxe Dry Cleaners. The clerk asked us to get an estimate for the price of the business shirt with monogram. We had told the clerk we paid $38.00 dollars for the shirt, but the burden of proof was placed on us to bring an estimate from a shirt company. As soon as I pressed the continue button I knew something was wrong - I hadn't been asked to tick the terms and conditions and other checks were skipped. I went to Just Cuts a few days ago for a TRIM, and the lady agreed to trim only an inch off. Well low and behold, she cut off 5 inches and as soon as she had done this quickly took off! The dentist at this office did a crown for me. The temp was very bad and he recommended I use a metal nail file to file it off at home, because he wasn't going to come into the office on a Friday to work on me.
