I fell for their add and ordered teeth whitening products. I cancelled through e-mail within ten days (that was in Nov 2010). I ordered a FREE sample and put $4.97 for shipping on my visa from Emergency Food. I never received the food and noticed a $99.98 charge on my Visa a few hours ago. I called them and they did agree to reverse the charge of $99.98 in 7 to 10 business days. I am going to call back to have them reverse the $4.97 charge as well. I had plastic surgery with Dr. Paul Nassif in Beverly Hills and I regret it. Dr. Enayati was that surgeon who did my pre-op tests.
