My wife was charged twice for having her watch links removed to fit her wrist. Instead of measuring how many links needed to be removed, the manager asked my wife how many she wanted removed. Of course my wife never having removed links before guessed 4. Apparently, she needed to have guessed correctly because there needed to have been one more link removed. So because the 5th link needed to be removed, my wife was charged twice for the service. $30 dollars!!! I have been trying for weeks to return the nono hair removal system. On 4/22/11 the date stated by the company was the first date I could do an actual request to return, I did. Go Configure is a very difficult company to work with. I paid them to assemble a playground set for my children. The rock wall fell off 2 days after installed. Bolts, screws, and pieces are falling off and not even screwed into the wood. I called the company and sent them pictures. They advisded me that they did a "horrible" job and would replace entire unit and reassemble. Two weeks later and many many phone calls, still no action. I had nearsightness -6.25 & -6.0, before my 2 Lasik surgeries at Harvey Carter Eye Center. My right eye after the surgery became -.75 astigmatism. As years go by, my nearsightness comes back, now -.1 & -.75+1.25 astigmatism. They will bring you in for 10 days of orientation/training is you are inexperienced driver or 3 days if you have 1 year otr experience.
