I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company, and they sent me fake boots. I had to jump through hoops to find a return address to get a refund. The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. After 2 months they told me the boots had arrived damaged and that they would send photos. Yeah right! Still no refund. I gave them plenty of chances to make this right before I shared my experience. I signed up for a limited time period to use the database to research some of my family. The search process does nothing; there is no action following the search request. When I sent a "contact" message to this company, I received only a "form letter" type of answer, not a response to any of my questions. Dash Courier is the most horrible courier Service there is.. They Treat thier Independant Contractors like Crap. you will spend so much money in gas and not make anymoney. Dr. Baldyga put braces on me 2 years ago and refused to remove them because I owe a balance of $350. He told me that before I could even make another appointment this bill would have to be paid in full. I have paid over $5000 thus far and I recently lost my job. I too, ordered the trial sample for $1.98 and am being sent monthly orders that I have not authorized. They are charging $56.00 for a small tube that does not even work. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and see what they do, but will not pay for something that I did not order. I contacted the company and their response was that these were "relatives" of the owner who received "free" day but were paying $20 a piece for taxes and fuel. I placed an order on 2/23 and received an immediate confirmation via email. On 3/23 when it hadn't arrived, I sent an email. There is no phone number on their site. The state on their site that they will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Didn't get a reply to that email, nor the next 4 I sent. Their "contact us" form actually returned an error code, but I was able to locate an email address on their site. The bad news is that I needed that dress for a wedding that my daughter was flower girl in. The good news is that they never charged me. I am not one to go online and post negative reviews but I feel the need to protect the public from this shoddy con artist. Long story short, he did a large implant case on me that only failed costing me over $20K but destroyed much of the bone I had left causing a delay of over one year and an additional cost of over $5K just to get back to where I was when I started with him.
