I took my irreplaceable vintage kimono, a family heirloom, to them to clean. There were a few brownish orange stains on it I didn’t expect to come out because they had been there since my childhood at least. The Council for Medical Schemes is supposed to support the customer with complaints regarding Medical Aids, but they themselves are as bad as the Medical Aids. I saw Dr. Byrce Johnson twice for a herniated disc in my neck. I should've listened to my husband who hated the doctor from day one. This guy knew I was in serious pain.
