Do not in ANY circumstances buy UGG boots from this company. I ordered a pair of black classic UGG boots in January and when they arrived they were clearly fake and not made of sheepskin. I have only worn the boots twice and both times the fur inside shed constantly and left a trail of black fur behind me. The fur inside is also coming away from the actual boot. I can tell the boots are not sheepskin because they make my feet sweat which does not happen with genuine sheepskin. I received their product and did not cancel in time so they charged me for the product (about $95). When I called they said I could cancel this product which I did on 12/28/10). They gave me the information to return the product for a refund, I did so on 1/4/11 and got a confirmation of delivery. The product was received on 1/12/11 at 5:46 pm.
