Jan.4.2011 - My friend and I stopped at Sri Paandi along Jln 11/4 in PJ for a breakfast takeaway. She ordered a plain Rava Thosai and I ordered a Rava with Egg. I have both Proactiv gentle solution without benzoyl peroxide because I ordered it and it made my face swell. I called and they told me to stop using it and they sent me the gentle formula. I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots on December 8, 2010. They guaranteed shipping within 7 days to my door, as of December 30, I do not have them. I can track them, they are still on the plane at this time en route to the United States. I signed a contract with this Gym 16 days ago. I found out that my insurance company would pay the gym for my membership. They will not refund my money for the year contract even though they took all my information to bill the insurance company. They say that they "have to" stick with the contract I signed because it has been over 3 days. Bought Ugg boots from this site on November 4th. First they charge your card shipping without letting you know until after. Second after canceling within 24 hrs the refund never came. Not enough has been done to protect the elderly from substandard care in this facility which is a type of negligence.
