Todays Option claims process needs all the help they can get. I am a provider the files claims with Today's Option they pay on some claims with the NU modifier and then the next 5 claims they deny as invalid procedure/modifier. They offer to send you free samples and you only have to pay the shipping and handling price. Every time that I take my son to Burger King to get a kids meal, he is always excited to get that toy in his kids meal. He sees it advertised on t.v., and of course, we go, thinking we are going to get that toy advertised. We arrive, order, and every time...every single time...they put old toys into the bags and when I specifically ask for a boy toy...they give us girl toys, and tell us that is the only thing they have! I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, paying through PayPal. They sent me an email on August 2nd claiming that they had shipped. I STILL (on 9/14/10) haven't received them. I have called, emailed, and even sent an actual letter, and have gotten no response. I have also called the post office, who couldn't help me because Upscale Comfort didn't send me a tracking number. Will never purchase from again. They refused to answer my question when I asked about their refund and before that kept giving me the round around on how thing operate that wasn't specified in their procedures. I purchased Lia Sophia Colorfull Tahitian Beads and there were a few wires near the clasp sticking out which cause discomfort to my skin. An ad in the Providence Journal advertising a method for getting teeth their whitest for only $3.87, which I did buy. I also canceled my account soon after receiving the product. I just received my credit card statement, which has an $87.47 debit from 9/14, which I did not authorize. I have been billed excessively since May of 2010 at an amount of $36 and $37.50 instead of $22 or $22.60 tax included as my contract with Wynn Fitness indicates. I have been receiving this charge until now with no proof of the extra charge as result of NSF. I am being pre-debited from my Credit Card and therefore if the card does not have sufficient funds the transaction will not even go through, or a notification from the bank will indicate that. Ordered product from Medi-Spa which was never received. Checked credit card statement after 1 week. No charge for product, but noticed that my credit card info had been stolen by someone who had made large charges (later Medi-Spa charge did show up on my credit card - took them over 1 week to put the charge through). I, would like to question why annual appointment have to be done 4 months in advance. Research shows that appointments made well in advance, above 4 months will have more of a tendency to be missed. Worst company ever!! The whole company is unorganized, they will hire you as a temp. and tell you after 90 days you'll be full time. In January this year we changed our banking details for the medical aid, Key Health acknowledged this in writing - my daughter then had a claim which was to be refunded.
