I order, which I thought, was the FREE trial bottle for .99 cent plus shipping and handling. My account was charged, when I submitted the information, $100.97. I callce the company for a refund, since they have a 100% guarantee, and to ship the product back. The supervisor stated they have a no refund policy . Therefore I am out $100.97 and have 3 bottles of the product to be flushed down the toilet. If anything I have learned never to trust anything you read in the newspaper or anything stated by a company on line. Please beware before you go to this location. The person cutting my hair butchered my hair. I explained that I wanted a #4 on the sides, blended in, and just a trim with scissors on the top. The cutter (I refuse to call her a stylist) proceeded to clip the back of my head with a #2. By the time she got around to the sides and I could see the length, it was too late. I write to tell you of my experience at Disney Parks Paris. My little girl is autistic and has severe learning difficulties so our three day break was funded by a charity, The Dream Team, to make kaitlin feel special and grant her wish to meet minnie mouse.

The staff, particularly supervisory are arrogant.
Its badly maintaines and carry bags provided are such that mostly the merchendise will be lost on the road. Customers are treated badly and substansard goods sold are not taken back.

It seems that I am finding myself settling for whatever it is they have that is similar to what I used to buy. Coincidently, when I start to like a product and buy it often, the store stops selling it and trys to sell something similar, cheaper brand, but not cheaper in price, and leaving me with no options.

At the time of the purchase i asked for guidance as to which glove would be the best for indoor soccer league and was given little information other than where they were located in the store. I used the glove for one game the following day. I bought a Rado watch during a cruise...duty free. I was told they were an authorized dealer. I dropped the watch and the stem cracked. I took it in for a repair under the "lifetime" warranty. They said that the cruise dealer was not authorized. They sent my watch to a repair facility. When I got it back it wasn't the same watch. My watch was perfect. This one had pits on the second hand.
