Over the last year, my premiums have gone up four times in the last. year. It is one thing to be out right exploited with premium, but for the same company not to pay your bills after they deduct your premium. I felt like I was loosing control over my health payment. We recently purchased $80.00 worth of steaks from a saleman with Omega meats.They advertise restataunt quality delivered and guaranteed. The steaks were poor quality...filled with gristle. They promote their product with a guarantee that you will see results or they will refund you the purchase price. However, in the terms and conditions they will only refund the product if it is unopened. How is that a guarantee? They will also make you pay shipping and stocking fee for returns. I asked for a cut, color, & style and received an almost two hour lecture on politics, health food and medical marijuana. There were 3 members of staff in this shop, which was way more than enough considering it's on an industrial estate and dead. All 3 were more bothered about making sure they closed on time (even locking the door 10 mins before closing) to even ask if we needed any help, they were rude and not at all interested in doing their job! This was the worst place I have ever worked. Driving to work everyday I would get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. The work environment was aweful, and the abuse this company heaped on its employees is criminal. I left after a brief period of time, and am very sorry to hear that everyone else seems to have had a similar expereince- i.e. they will not pay you the money they owe you. I had to sue them through the labor board to recover my money. I ofcourse won and he lost. But that company is so bad that it was absolutely not worth the expereince. Free Trial, only pay for shipping, they say the teeth whitening process works by using two different types of whiteners, they then deduct £59 per month for each product plus post and packaging.
