My wife had her hair styled at Beautiful Image Beauty Salon today, 03/11/2010. It was only a routine hair trimming and she came out with the back of her sweater bleached. As a former employee, i have filed compalints under the FDA and OSHA. The complaints consist of the numerous unlawful and sickly practices i observed during my employment here. Many Restaurant reviews are told by customers, and have a relatively good experience. I eat in restaurants very very often. The last 9 orders at Parys KFC has something wrong ranging from incomplete orders to products beyond the sell by date - like in long beyond. Today I was told that I will have to wait outside for 15 min for my order. After 23 minutes and only 3 customers I went inside and they did not even start with my order. I had no other option than to request my money back as I did not had another 15 minutes to wait in the sun. I am sure KFC can not afford to have franchises doing this to their name. I placed and order for the trial size offer on 1/18/09. This product never arrived. My credit card was charged for shipping. I called the company and spoke to both a customer service rep and a supervisor. The order stated my zip code and state plus my home address correctly. The company says the order was returned because there was no city on the on line order I submitted. I ordered acai berry and colon cleanse from a pop up advertisement for a FREE trail. The only cost was £3.99 postage and packaging for each. There was no mention of a fee for joining the trail or having to cancel within 15 days to advoid the huge cost of £78.18 for each product, this has been put on my credit card. Paid for six treatments at Shermans Oaks location. After receiving only three treatments, the Sherman Oaks store closed for 'remodeling, ' and never reopened.
