I agree with the previous complainer. My wife didn't find out about this til she was balancing her account. My concern is that they will change the terms and conditions to try to charge us again. I have tried calling to cancel my membership and was told to go to their website since they were revising their phone system. After going to the website there isn't a customer service link on the website just complaints. I was very surprised when my 7 year old daughter called and said there is glass in her noodles. She was almost done with her soup when she saw it. I am very worried because I do not know if she had swallowed any. I tried to find a number of contact but there was none. The therapists are not treated with respect by the owner...even though you couldn't have a massage facility without them. These therapists are all very skilled licensed professionals who chose Zen because of the location. Dr. Chang did 5 surgeries on me, and I cannot recommend him. In the latest surgery which was re-doing a previous surgery he did, he caused more damage and operated on a part I didn't consent to surgery on. This part was perfect, and now I am disfigured. Had three teeth extracted and two implant posts placed at the Smile Implant Center. Awoke from sedation during surgery and experienced severe pain while they were suturing. Also had excruciating pain following surgery for two weeks from what must have been 'dry sockets'. My mouth is still tender after three months in the tooth #13 implant area when I move my lip. I just had the worst store experience thanks to Zara (Shangri-la branch, Philippines). I intended to purchase an item through credit card and the cashier refused to close the transaction because I CHOSE NOT TO present a valid ID.
