I would like to file a complaint regarding Inventa Marketing, as they signed a contract with me regarding my position as an events promoter prior to the Olympics. And 5 weeks before the games, I was offered another position at another marketing firm and I declined it steadily as I was promised a position with Inventa. Yet right before the Olympics, they sent me an email regarding the cancellation of this agreement. Is this ethical? And furthermore, they told me they are hiring for VOLUNTEER positions and this is why I am particularly upset. Accepted website offering of 14-day trial & $1.00 + 7.95 shipping for the first order, had 14-days to return, after that 69.95 a month with new product, got the first shipment, called them two days later and got an RMA# and Priority Mailed the product back. I got this hair styler as a gift for christmas. I liked it so much and I used it the next weekend to do my hair, and it worked perfectly. I called AHS on Sunday to file a service request on our hot water heater. I heard back from them on Monday as it was a weekend. A plumber looked at the heater on Tuesday and verified it needed to be replaced but moved over a few feet to be up to code. I have been watching the Australian Open for the last three days. Channel 7's coverage of the tennis is excellent however, i am amazed by the amount of mistakes made with the on-screen scoring. 10-15 times per match the score chart awards points to the wrong player or will show that the wrong player has just won a game. Not only is the scoring wrong but the technician in charge of the scoring takes a very long time to remedy the situation!!
