On the phone the computer takes your CC info then tells you the pudding insert it $10.00 extra. This is clearly not true if you watch the add. Took a trial offer for $1.95 plus shipping. When trial arrived an invoice was inside saying product would be shipped at $83.95 if not canceled within 14 days. We called and wanted to cancel the order and got someone who could not speak or understand English. After about 1/2 hour later they did say it was canceled.
