I bought a multi-sapphire bracelet for $1200 from them. One wearing and it was kinked. I sent it back. The supposedly fixed it, but then the clasp wouldn't work. We purchased yesterday a box of baby formula singles as well as a bottle of the ready to use formula. Both are Similac advance. My husband did not read the exp dates. I received a call today from the sitter that the formula our newborn had been drinking all day was expired I quickly rushed to check the dates on the singles and they too expired in 2008. I had no knowledge of these charges and after researching the net and calling my cc company. I learned this is a frequent fraud. Man- I hate this place! It was too clean! The members were too nice and the staff was too friendly! The EQ was too hardcore and it was open way too much! Got back two shirts from dry-cleaning, both with slashes in the left hand sleeve. It was in the same spot of both shirts. When I went to the company to complain they said it was not their issue. They said that it happened sometimes and was not their responsibility. When I asked if they were a member of the BBB, they said it was none of my business. This company is unethical and probably illegal. I understand no refund policies, but when salespeople recommend inappropriate products, and an MD isn't the one who sees you, and then you have adverse side effects ethical companies would stop treatment and refund (yes, I know that's a run on sentence). Do not use this company. They will not refund for services not rendered...even if they caused or are aware of defective equipment, services or damage caused by their services.
