I am a concerned citizen and i some complaints about the facility. Med pass is suppose to be two hours. resident getting medication at 11:30 and 12:00pm. there start time is at 8:00am. nurses are talking to director of nursing, unit managers and assisstance director of nursing and nothing is being done. patients are getting neglect because of this. I ordered the Xemos home laser system over a month ago now. Although the $230 was immediately charged to my paypal account, the product was listed as "order received". Their phone service has been "temporarily reconstructed" for some time, so I've since re-checked my order online weekly and requested support and shipping every time. On August 6th, I placed an order for an infant outfit and baby socks for a baby shower for a Notre Dame fan. The shower took place on September 13 so I assumed the gift would arrive in plenty of time. I received email confirmation on August 7, saying my order would be sent in 4-7 days. You think that because clearks help you out all the time they are being treated right by management but if you only knew what most of the workers go trough. For a Manager to tell them that they can do a better job then you i think is very unfair. To request days off only to work that day. And workers working till 9pm to have them come back at 4am.
