I purchased several food items from the Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona on Sunday evening August 9, 2009. The amounts posted on the drive-thru displays and the amounts charged were different on several of the items. When I asked the drive-thru cashier if a mistake had been made, she replied that the manager charges more than the displays. She stated that there is nothing she can do about it. I ordered the neckline slimmer for about twenty dollars. When my final purchase order was printed out, the company had charged me for the "free items, " so my bill had become around $90.00. When I went to call them, they have ways of making sure that you can't get through. They obviously block you from doing this, so that no one can cancel their orders before they're processed.
