My mother (80+) purchased glasses at Doctor's Value Vision. A few days after she got the glasses one of the lens fell out. We took them back and had the lens put back in. Employees who have worked there two years are just making minium wage as of July24, 2009. Luandry euipment is broke, one washer and one dryer works and employer threatens people with jobs if laundry is left overnight, but will not pay overtime. Employer comes in screaming at whoever is on duty. Employer threatens employees about loosing jod if a/c unit is below 74 degrees and it is 100 plus outside. Just CAREFULLY read the terms...this company works off a "Free Trial" of 14 days, but watch how your 14-days start on the day of ORDERING, so you start by losing the shipping time. I ordered a "Free Trial" of Acai Berry Detox on line and gave my credit card details for the Postage and Handling charge. 14 days later I was Charged A$150.00 for the tablets in the free trial. i went into the local riteaid on 7/17/09 to pick up a prescription for a client that i called in for her because she was running low on her meds. I almost forgot i dropped off one prescription three days prior to the date to pick the others up. I was called a LIAR from one of the receptionists in the office -- she was yelling at me and would not give me her name. I asked for her supervisor and she placed, Patty on the phone which happened to be another receptionists in the office. I originally tried to change my daughter's doctor appointment and no one in two days was ever available to answer the phones because I received the answering machine on every call, except on the day of the appointment when she verbably abused me.
